Bocce Court-
Anywhere the grass is less than 4″ high is open for “guerilla bocce ball”. Just chuck the target ball - we refer to it as the “snitch” and go. It’s especially fun in yards which are not really level. Then it becomes a bit like putting in golf. And if the cat happens to be in the middle of the “field” we just treat her as any other hazard. Though this doesn’t work too well with dogs who actually grab the snitch and run off with it. But once you get them to put it down. That’s where it stays.
We also play a variant called Speed Bocce. In that game you have to throw your next ball before the preceding throw stops.
