It seems that I’ve made quite the mess of the blog feeds here on Tipnut, there are a few different feed choices running about. I decided to try Feedburner’s WordPress plugin that will redirect all feeds to the Feedburner feed. Did you follow that? Complicated. lol

I did try this a couple weeks ago and traffic fell during the two days I had it going, so I unplugged it figuring I did something wrong. I’m going to give this another shot tonight right after I make this blog post.

If you don’t receive the regular 3 daily posts from Tipnut tomorrow (Thursday), come on over and manually subscribe to the new Feedburner feed (if you don’t mind :)). This will keep the place a lot tidier.

Also if you’ve been wanting to receive the daily email updates and you subscribed by submitting your email address (top right corner), but haven’t received any emails–that’s because you haven’t confirmed the subscription request. You must click the link in the confirmation email or you won’t receive the updates. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, that could mean your ISP is blocking it (it happens). Shoot me an email if you’re having trouble and I’ll try walking you through the process to get Tipnut in your email inbox.

Tonight I’ll be deleting the subscription email requests that haven’t been confirmed longer than 48 hours.

If you are receiving the daily emails, don’t worry–you’ll continue to receive them until you decide to cancel :).
