		<description>You can also use your breadmaker as a butter churn.  Pour in whipping cream.  Use any setting that kneads for a long time (the dough setting usually works.)  Let knead for 20 minutes or so, until the fat has separated from the buttermilk.  Then remove from breadmaker.  (You&#039;ll need to do the washing and salting by hand, just as with a butter churn.)</description>
