Can I say again, “I didn’t need to know about this”!!!
Oh my, I just made a second one this time and added a few peanut butter pieces. Now I am thinking of all kinds of variations, marshmallow, butterscotch, carmel…someone please stop me.

I made this using alternate flours since I am allergic to wheat. It was really good. I used 1 Tbsp each of the following flours: quinoa, soy, potato starch and white rice. I added some real vanilla also. It was a real treat for me.
Thanks for all your neat tips.

Please remember the original poster is in South Africa, so their measurements are not the same as the ones we use in the US.
CoolDude, a commenter down the list aways under the original post, has 2 modifications to the recipe and he is in the US.
Haven’t made this yet, but will be trying it soon.
Just wanted to point out the measurements.
