CoolDude, a commenter down the list aways under the original post, has 2 modifications to the recipe and he is in the US. Haven't made this yet, but will be trying it soon. It was really good. I used 1 Tbsp each of the following flours: quinoa, soy, potato starch and white rice. I added some real vanilla also. It was a real treat for me. Thanks for all your neat tips.
