DIY Craft Table & Desk: How To
Today’s feature is from Ikea Hacker with Spring Chick’s to-die-for craft room:

DIY Craft Table Project by ikeahacker.blogspot.com
Kari says, “I recently moved to a new house and am lucky enough to finally have a whole room for my crafting hobbies/business. I do a lot of sewing so I wanted a big, flat, and high (to save my back) work surface where I could lay out fabric. I also needed a lot of storage space.
There are two different projects shown, one a large craft workspace/table (pictured above) and the other a sewing desk. Each of the projects use Ikea kitchen cabinets with added finishing touches like wood trim, glass knobs and wood feet–these are gorgeous! Lots of storage space to hold plenty of craft supplies & fabric.
Instructions aren’t step-by-step, but there’s enough info provided that you can work this out for yourself. Really nice job!
Please visit the site above for all the project details. Found via Jannypie Crafts which has another DIY Craft Desk project you can check out (nicely done with lots of surface and storage space too).
