Crafty Tip: DIY – Crepe Paper Raffia
Materials Needed:
Strips of crepe paper cut 2″ – 3″ wide
Thread Spool
Take one end of the crepe paper and stick through the spool. Twist the crepe paper as you pull it through the thread spool. It’s that simple and easy to form your own crepe paper raffia!
