Ingredients:

2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup Milk
1 TBS Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
Dash of Pepper

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir frequently until all the cheese has melted and the sauce is steaming hot.
  • Remove from heat & beat the sauce for one minute. Serve.
