All you need to make these are two pieces of fabric about 9″ x 5 1/2″ (to allow for seam allowances), fusible interfacing, thread and a snap or piece of velcro. Perfect addition to your running list of fabric scrap ideas. Can you say “easy & awesome cheap gifts you can make”! They’re really cute and you don’t need to be a fancy sewer to put one together.

Another idea suggested was to use a different kind of fabric for the lining, those would look great too.
