		<description>Thanks for the heads up on that Christense, I did a bit of digging around and it seems that botulism developed in potatoes that were left out at room temperature for several hours. Everything I&#039;ve found says to either consume the cooked potatoes or refrigerate them within 2 hours of cooking.

*This would apply to foil wrapped baked potatoes as well, so this is good to know--although I can&#039;t think of anything I&#039;d eat that was sitting out for 2+ hours, lol.</description>

		<description>Potatoes cooked in foil are more likely to develop botulism, something I only learned recently.  The only precaution you need to take to prevent this is to refrigerate uneaten portions promptly.</description>
