Free Boo Boo Bunny Pattern & Instructions

Picture of Boo Boo BunnyBooBoo Bunnies are popular gifts for baby showers and fillers for new baby gift baskets (good item for the diaper cake too. Here are free instructions and pattern I came across for making them: Boo Boo Bunny. Very easy to make!

The idea is to stick an ice cube in the middle of the bunny and apply to the “boo boo”. Kids love them and are comforted by their cuddly friend.

Because a rubber band, glued pompoms and eyes are used, this is more a decoration piece for a baby’s nursery until the child is old enough to have it without worrying about the small piece choking hazard.

A cute little poem to go with it as well:

Boo Boo Bunny

If a boo boo has you feeling crummy,
Stick an ice cube in my tummy.
Hold it to your boo boo tight.
Soon everything will be all right!

    Here is a poem we used yeas ago, author unknown:

    When your little one gets a bump,
    put Boo Boo Bunny on the lump.
    Put an ice cube in his pouch
    And soon there will be no more ouch!
