		<description>I just throw the bananas whole into the freezer. When you need to use them, defrost, snip off the end and squeeze the lovely goo out. Yum. Shakes, pancakes and bread!</description>

They are great for baby food too.

Take a bannana not over ripe peel cut in half insert &quot;popcicle&quot; stick.  Freeze when solid dunk in melted chocolate for yummy treat. 
Note:  if using high quality chocolate you can add a bit of shorting this helps chocolate to freeze like a shell on your popcicle.</description>

   Iwould like to tell you the hints are great.The tips for flavouring the meat is the best  and easy to do when storing in freezer.    
  I like to cook bananas in a batter in the dep fryer when cooked sprinkle with 
icind sugar and nutmeg mixed together,icecream or  whipped cream mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
