Another great idea with powdered milk (gleaned from &quot;The Tightwad Gazette&quot;) is to make your own &quot;cream.&quot; Mix up double strength powdered milk, or add powdered milk to regular milk to stretch it, to substitute for cream. You can avoid paying out the nose for cream -- and it&#039;s much lower in fat, as well.</description>
