		<description>Jeans.  Should they be hung from the legs or the waist?  Having done it hundreds times I think hanging by the legs is best - only because the waist area has multiple layers of cloth and is the slowest to dry.  I figure the more that the waist area is waiving in the wind, the faster the jeans will dry.</description>
