		<description>Hi Linda, thanks for the info but nothing is stored in oil in this recipe. The oil is added to the pan when cooking begins, then the seasoning mix added to the hot oil. The other thing to note is that the bulk of this mix is salt which is an excellent food preserver. Everything is also refrigerated or frozen.</description>
