In my family Christmas morning breakfast/brunch is looked forward to just as much as the evening dinner–we have lots of bacon, sausage, pancakes (or french toast), slices of fresh fruit, an assortment of cheese and some baking too. On Boxing Day we usually have more of a relaxed morning with an assortment of muffins, coffeecakes, croissants and other baking to choose from along with pots of piping hot coffee and fresh juice.
