		<description>Sorry I missed replying to this, cornflour (corn flour) is a finer grind of corn meal. For brand names, a search on Amazon reveals a few (mesaca, bob&#039;s red mill, Tenuta Castello, etc.). If the grocer doesn&#039;t stock it, I would try your local bulk food store since they may sell it in bulk (or be able to get some in for you). If that fails and you live in the U.S., there&#039;s always amazon.</description>
