Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 banana (large)
1 TBS apple juice (unsweetened concentrated)

  • Mash the banana and add juice, mix together using a fork. Fold in the yogurt and mix well.
  • Spoon into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
