[Updated for 2012] Who doesn’t love homemade ice cream! This Recipe Hit List features a collection of various flavors and techniques to try…some with basic ingredients while others are surely restaurant-worthy. I’ve also included frozen yogurts, gelato and sorbets so there should be something here for everyone.

    I have a question I hope someone can answer! I can’t find rock salt for my ice cream maker. Someone told me that you can use Kosher Salt. Does anyone know if this is true?
