    Homemade mayo

    1 egg
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbs. tarragon vinegar
    dash paprika
    1 cup canola oil

Place all ingredients in standard food processor or blender. Blend on high a couple seconds then very slowly add your oil. When all oil is poured in, allow to blend just a few more seconds.
Store in airtight container, use within one week.
