		<description>Thank you!! These look great and I can&#039;t wait to try them. I also make something like this that I called &quot;birdseed bars&quot; - basically a combination of any seed or nut roasted in the oven, mixed with coconut, dried fruits, etc.  Press into a cakepan and top with some mixture of sticky stuff. I melt whatever i have on  hand - rice syrup, molasses, honey, peanut butter, or whatever combination seems right.  I put it in the fridge to cool, cut in squares and then wrap individually for hikes.</description>
