		<description>As this process is in its fourth generation in our household, a few tips, not all the differences though, as it is a ritual with us. 

To avoid crystallizing if stored. Bring the water to a boil or near boil, turn off, add sugar, stir, turn on low until clear [dissolved] to see the bottom.  Do not boil; do not let the bottom start moving at all. If you even do need more low heat, it is very brief.  Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot.</description>
