Do you mean the gel type of liquid hand sanitizer? Because both the vodka or rubbing alcohol mentioned here would sanitize. I don't think I have a gel recipe, but if I do I'll drop a link in here. I also prefer wipes to gel/air dry cleaners. Probably a psychological thing--to me it feels more cleaner wiping your hands with a clean cloth.
