Today’s feature tip is from Organic Down Under and the tutorial Make A Solar Drier:

For around $50, perhaps even for no cost if you are an inveterate hoarder and have a well stocked shed, you can make a drying cabinet and enjoy the fruits (and vegies) of your labour all year.

I found the link from Chris’s ENGR305 Solar Food Dehydrator which also has details on making your own solar dehydrator, but I found the page confusing. Plenty of information though, it’s also a great resource :).
