Very exellent.
I have a recipe too,

Homemade fruit roll ups
take your favorite flavor jelly and spread a thick coat over plastic wrap. Top with another piece of plastic wrap. Wait five hours and peel and enjoy!

I love making fruit leather and so do my children! One tip I've learned is if your puree gets too thin is to add ground flax as a thickener. It works great and is very healthy for you too!
