No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds

Except (sometimes) on days that start with ‘S’

You can still eat the foods you enjoy and if you’re loving sweets– you’re not cut off completely (Saturdays and Sundays are ok). Perfect plan for the new year wouldn’t ya say!
