		<description>Wonderful idea, especially for those really ugly plastic slat blinds!  One of my thoughts was: What was it look like from the outside of the window?  Just for giggles, instead of having raw edges showing from your summer lawn while others are sitting with you having a glass of tea---why not bind the raw edges either by sewing or with the same binding you put at the bottom before you attach them to the sides?  That way, the fabric looks more &quot;finished&quot; and much prettier for those who are looking at your windows from the street!
