Make Your Own Apricot Brandy
Today’s feature is another good one from Kansas A with her Apricot Brandy Recipe. Always good stuff over on that fellow Canuck’s blog, and I know she has a few more “homemade spirits” recipes if you’re interested ;).
For the apricot brandy, it’s so easy I think even I could manage it. You just need a gallon jar filled with cleaned apricots, sprinkled with sugar on top, and a bottle of cheap vodka thrown in. Flip the jar over every day for 3 months and then you’re set. Visit her blog for full instructions and measurements.
