A good pan-fried chop is delicious but there are days when we look for easy dishes that can be prepped and popped in the oven then forgettaboutit until the meat is done.

- Crunchy : Has a crispy coating made with breadcrumbs, a shallot, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. From Smitten Kitchen.
