A good pan-fried chop is delicious but there are days when we look for easy dishes that can be prepped and popped in the oven then forgettaboutit until the meat is done.

Here’s a collection of recipes featuring a tasty assortment of oven cooked pork chops that I’ve hand-picked from around the net, some are saucy, some crunchy and a few even “fried”…each looks scrumptious. Enjoy!
