14 Oven Broiled & Baked Pork Chops

A good pan-fried chop is delicious but there are days when we look for easy dishes that can be prepped and popped in the oven then forgettaboutit until the meat is done.

SeasonedHere’s a collection of recipes featuring a tasty assortment of oven cooked pork chops that I’ve hand-picked from around the net, some are saucy, some crunchy and a few even “fried”…each looks scrumptious. Enjoy!

  1. Crunchy [1]: Has a crispy coating made with breadcrumbs, a shallot, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. From Smitten Kitchen.
  2. Roasted [2]: A rustic dish with ingredients that include thinly peeled lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, olive oil, packed brown sugar, garlic cloves and coarse ground pepper. Cooked with parsnips, pears and baking potatoes. From Company’s Coming.
  3. Maple [3]: Ingredients include sage, maple syrup and cider vinegar. From The Little Red Hens.
  4. With Garden Stuffing [4]: Herb-seasoned stuffing mixed with colorful vegetables makes a savory bed for the meat and topped with a golden mushroom sauce. From Campbell’s Kitchen.
  5. Mustard-Coated [5]: A crunchy crust (without frying) made with breadcrumbs and horseradish mustard. From Martha Stewart.
  6. Orange “Fried” [6]: A lighter, leaner version with ingredients that include dried italian seasoning, wheat toast (to make crumbs), orange juice & zest. From Coffee & Cornbread.
  7. Bisquick “Fried” [7]: Easy dish made by coating the meat with Bisquick (or flour), paprika, salt & pepper. From Smockity Frocks.
  8. With Roasted Potato Wedges [8]: Made with sweet potato wedges, fresh breadcrumbs, garlic clove, Dijon mustard and olive oil. From BBC Good Food.
  9. Asian Style [9]: Serves 4, ingredients include minced garlic, rice wine vinegar, siracha sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger and soy sauce. From Life’s Ambrosia.
  10. With Lemon & Herbs [10]: A crumb coating keeps them tender and moist as they bake. Ingredients include dry bread crumbs, basil, rosemary and onion. From Dairy Goodness.
  11. With Coca-Cola [11]: Ingredients include a can of coke, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. From Dawn’s Daily Life.
  12. Easy Ranch [12]: Doesn’t get any easier than this! All you need is dry ranch dressing mix and olive oil to make this. From Beth’s Favorite Recipes.
  13. Barbecue [13]: Made with ketchup, cider vinegar, celery seed and ground nutmeg. From Taste of Home.
  14. Saucy [14]: Ingredients include BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, ground ginger and garlic. From Kraft Canada.
