		<description>Using a similar idea, you can use bias tape to make loops on the bottom of the fabric, slide one end throught the spring on a wooden snap clothespin and bring both ends up to be caught in the seam and you have a nifty way to hang up everything from wet mittens (over the register or bathtub) to panty hose or underwear or bras to dry so they don&#039;t go through the dryer! I&#039;ve used them forever! Thank you Mom!!</description>
