Slow Cooker Mexican Meatloaf Recipe
Today’s feature is a recipe from FreezerChicks for Mexican Meatloaf:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 cups crushed corn or tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup salsa
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons taco seasoning
Mix it all up, shape into a loaf and toss into the slow cooker for 8 to 10 hours on low.
