Stuffed Mini-Pitas: Recipe
Pita Filling Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion (minced)
1 can chopped water chestnuts (sliced)
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
Directions:
- Mix filling well. Store in refrigerator overnight.
- Cut small pitas in half & stuff with chilled filling, serve.
