Tissue Box Covers & Pouch Cozies: {Free Patterns}

Here’s a nice mix of crafty projects for tissue boxes and pouches, most are sewn but there are a few other crafty techniques offered too. I’ve organized them into two separate groups for easier browsing, enjoy!

Reversible [1]: Fits standard size 4-3/8″ wide x 5-1/2″ tall x 4-3/8″ deep. Free pdf template available.

Buttoned Loops [2]: Material of your choice folds up the sides and is fastened in place with buttons and elastic loops.

Felted [3]: Knit on circular needles, work one rectangle in the same manner of each color and sew together after felting.

Fabric [4]: Can be made for any size. The top is made from two pieces, so as to allow the kleenex through the top, and then you need four sides and some contrasting binding at the bottom.

Mod [5]: This updates an old wooden box with paint, square woodsies and wood glue.

Photocraft’s [6]: This recovers a plain wooden cover with snapshots, Creative Imaginations Narratives Negative Strip, self-adhesive paper and sealer.

Reversible [7]: Made with elastic and assorted strips of pretty material. This will fit 8.2″ x 8.4″.

Zig-Zag Edges [8]: Not a full tutorial because it’s just too simple, linen pieces are sewn together with a zigzag (raw edges exposed).

Mod Podge & Fabric [9]: Easy to custom fit to any size and shape of your choice.
